Ultimate Chewy Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 c butter Crisco
• 1 1/4 packed brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/3 c milk
• 1 1/2 t vanilla
• 3 c oatmeal
• 1 c flour
• 1/2 t baking soda
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/4 t cinnamon
• 1 c raisins
• 1 c walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine Crisco, sugar, egg, milk, vanilla. Beat. Mix dry and then combine with wet. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Bake 10-12 minutes.
