2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Step 1

heat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease 6 cup popover pan
Beat eggs slightly, beat all remaining ingredients, just until smooth. Fill cups about 1/2 full. Bake 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes longer. Immediately remove from pan and serve warm.
