  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp bottled garlic
  • 1/2 tsp paprike
  • 1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper
  • 2 lb pork tenderloin

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients in large freezer bag. Add pork and marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Preheat grill. Drain marinade from plastic bag and bring to a boil.

Grill tenderloins uncovered for 12 minutes. Meat temo 155. Basting often with marinade. Let stand 10 minutes for temp to reach 160. Discard marinade.
