Cherry Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/4 c butter, softened
• 6 tabl sugar
• 2 tabl beaten egg
• 4 tea milk
• 1/4 tea vanilla extract
• 1/2 c all-purpose flour
• 3 tabl baking cocoa
• 1/8 tea baking soda
• 1/8 tea salt
• 1/2 c semisweet chocolate chunks
• 1/4 c dried cherries

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in the egg, milk and vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate and cherries.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in apart onto baking sheets lightly coated w/nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 12-14 min or until firm. Cool for 1 min before removing to a wire rack.
