Ingredients

  • 8 oz. uncooked noodles
  • 1 can (12 1/2) tuna, drained
  • 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 jar (2 oz.) sliced pimientos, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Mix noodles, tuna, mushrooms, pimientos, sour cream, milk and pepper in ungreased 2 qt. casserole. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and butter. Sprinkle over tuna mixture.

Bake uncovere 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with parsley.

6 servings: 370 calories per serving.
