Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings (about 2 1/4 pounds)
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of red pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cut wing tips and discard. Separate wings at joint. Place butter in 9 inch pie plate. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until melted. Combine all remaining ingredients. Dip chicken in butter and then in crumb mixture. Arrange wings in a circular pattern on large round glass plate with metier portion toward edge of dish.
*To Cook By Convection*:
Preheat oven at 325 degrees. Place dish on oven broiling rack. Bake at 325 degrees, 30 to 33 minutes,or until chicken is done. Serve immediately.
