Artichoke Dip in Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 package frozen spinach drained well
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Jack, Swiss or Provolone)

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together artichoke hearts, spinach, mayo, cream cheese, onion, garlic in lined crockpot.

Cover and cook on High 2 hrs or Low 3-4 hours

Stir in cheese and cover; let dip stand until cheese melts (about 5-10 mins)

Serve with crackers or pita chips
