Ingredients
- 2 taspoons butter
- 1 (10 oz) bag of carrot chips (or 3 cups thinly-
- sliced, peeled carrots)
- 1/3 cup sugar-free maple-flavored syrup
- Rounded 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the carrots and saute for 3 minutes. Pour the syrup and sprinkle the cinnamon, if desired, over the carrots. Stir well. Cover and continue to cook for 5 additional minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are crisp tender. Remove the lid and stir to evenly coat the carrots with the glaze before serving.
