Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 mini-red-skinned potataoes, thinly sliced
- 1 lb boneless, skinnless chicken breasts halaves, cut in strips
- 1 can (10 oz) Cream of Broccoli Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets (or frozed)
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Add oil to fry pan
Add potato slices and fry until tender-crisp
Add chicken and fry until chicken is browned on both sides (salt/pepper)
Stir in mixture of soup, milk and garlic powder
Arrange broccoli on top and heat to a boil
Simmer, covered, over low heat until broccoli is tender (about 5 minutes)
Stir in parmesan cheese
