Ingredients
- Four 1 gal. Indian Summer Apple Cider.
- Please note: It's important that you use this brand of juice. I tried other apple juices and ciders and didn't have the same taste.
- 2 Jars Hershey Caramel
- 1 pint Whipping Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon Extract
- 2 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
- If we broke this down to serve 4 people. You can play with this how way you think tastes best.
- 4-5 cups Indian Summer Apple Cider
- 1/4 cup Hershey Caramel
- 1/4 cup Whipping Cream
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Extract
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
It's best when served hot. Pour all the ingredients into a pan over medium heat. Stir constantly so caramel doesn't burn. Keep stirring until caramel is dissolved. About 5 min. You do not need to bring the drink to boil.
Served best with whip cream on top and a dash of cinnamon. Yummy!
