  • OVEN TEMP: 400 DEGREES TIME: 30 MINUTES
  • 1/2 cup crisco or margaine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/3 Cups unsifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream shortening and sugar.
2. Add one egg at a time.
3. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg together.
4. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
5. Dust blueberries with flour & fold in blueberries.
6. While still warm, dip tops in melted butter first, then in cinnamon and sugar.
