Ingredients

  • 20 c popped corn
  • 1 jar roasted peanuts (2&1/2 c)
  • 1 c butter(do not sub)
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c corn syrup
  • 1/2 t Baking soda

Details

Preparation

Step 1

melt butter, add sugar, corn syrup until disolved.(5 min)
Increase heat to boil mixture for 6 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in soda.
Pour over popcorn and nuts that has been put into a large roaster. Stir to coat.
Put in oven and stire every 15 minutes to coat everything for 1 hour.
