Ingredients
- 10 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 Tbs. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbs. oil
- 3 Tbs. butter
- 1 1/2 tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1 can (6-oz.) frozen orange juice
- 1 c. Amaretto

Step 1
Mix orange juice with half a can of water. Preheat oven to 350°. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt. Coat chicken with this mixture. Heat oil and butter in skillet and sauté chicken until brown. Remove and put in baking dish. To skillet, add mustard, orange juice and Amaretto. Increase heat and boil, stirring constantly, until thick. Pour sauce over chicken and bake, covered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
