Ingredients
- Soak shiitake in water for 1/2 hr. Squeeze out water, remove stem.
- Kampyo: Rub in salt, soak in water for 10 minutes anf wash off.
- Carrots: Cut ins trips
- 1 pkg dashi-no-moto
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 tsp ajinomoto
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar

Boil water and seasonings.
