Ingredients

  • 2 lb bag frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 12 oz grated cheese
  • Corn Flakes, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine potatoes, salt, pepper, onion, sour cream, soup and cheese. Put in 9x13 pan. Top with Corn Flakes. Pour melted butter on top.

Bake 1 hour @ 350.
