Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 4 boneless beef sirloin steaks (5 ounces each)
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients, rub over both sides of steaks. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 7 minutes. Turn steaks; top with mushrooms. Broil 7-8 minutes longer or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium rare, a meat thermometer should read 145 degrees; medium, 160 degrees; well-done, 170 degrees) and mushrooms are tender.
