Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups Flour all purpose
- 1/4 cup Sugar baking powder salt
- 2 ea Eggs
- 4 tablespoons Butter melted milk butter & maple syrup to top

Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a medium bowl.
Add eggs, butter and milk and beat until smooth a creamy; set aside.
If using an electric skillet, preheat to 350 degrees; preheat lightly oiled griddle or skillet over medium heat until a few drops of water dance on the surface.
For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle and cook on first side until bubbles that form begin to pop and edges look dry.
With a spatula, turn and cook until second side is rich, golden brown.
Serve at once with butter and syrup.
