Ingredients
- 8 slices pumpernickel bread
- 1 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
- 3/4 pound deli corned beef, sliced
- 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Cut 4 large squares of aluminum foil. Place 2 slices of bread, side-by-side, on each piece of foil. Spread bread slices with salad dressing. Evenly divide corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut among bread. Top with second slice of bread to make a sandwich. Wrap aluminum foil
around sandwiches;seal well. Place packets on a preheated grill over low heat. Cook, turning every 10 minutes,until bread is light toasted and cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
