Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups (1lb) frozen diced potatoes, thawed
- 4 oz 2% milk shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet on medium heat for 5 mins or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet to paper towel; discard drippings in skillet.
2. Add chicken to skillet; cook 5 mins on each side or until done. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm. Crumble bacon. Add to skillet with potatoes; cook and stir 5 mins or until heated through.
3. Place chicken over potatoes; top with cheese. Cover; cook 2 mins or until cheese is melted.
