Ingredients
- 1 1/3 Cup – Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup – Sugar
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2 Tbsp – Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp – Butter
- 1 Tbsp – Flour
- 1 tsp – Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Bring 1 cup milk & sugar to a slow boil over low heat. Set aside. Mix cornstarch & flour. Gradually stir in rest of milk, whisking until very smooth. Whisk in egg & egg yolk. Add to hot sugar/milk. Bring to a boil on low heat whisking constantly until thick & smooth. Cook 30 – 45 seconds more. Remove & stir in butter & vanilla. Chill.
