Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch baked pastry shell
  • 1 (1Oz) bars Hershey's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
  • 1 (14Oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 ½ Cups shipping cream, whipped
  • 1 (21Oz) can cherry pie filling, chilled
  • Toasted almonds

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan, over medium to low heat, melt chocolate with sweetened condensed mil. Remove from heat; stir in extract. Pour into large bowl and cool thoroughly. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Chill 4 hours or until set. Serve with pie filling and garnish with almonds if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
