Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 pound lean ground turkey
  • 2/3 cup rolled quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon molasses

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Spray 6 muffin-cups with non-stick cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl, use your hands to knead together the beef, turkey, oats, onion, egg, ilk, garlic powder, salt and pepper until evenly combined. Divide the meatloaf mixture into 6 balls and place in each muffin cup. Press and arrange ball to form to muffin cup but do not pack. Create a smooth rounded top.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, mustard, ad molasses to make a glaze. Spoon the glaze on top of each mini meatloaf.

4. Bake uncovered for 20 to 25minutes, or until well-browned and cooked through. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
