  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • parmesan cheese
  • 1 beaten egg
  • seasoned bread crumbs
  • vegetable oil
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms or 2 small jars sliced mushrooms (5 oz)
  • 1 c dry white wine


Servings 4


Step 1

Pound chicken. Dip chicken in parmesan cheese, then into beaten egg and then into bread crumbs. Fry in cooking oil until brown. While chicken is browing, saute mushrooms in white wine in small frying pan. Place chicken in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. pour sauteed mushrooms and wine over chicken. cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 mins.
