Ingredients
- 3 large cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts (pignolia)
- 1/2 cup olive oil

Step 1
In food processor mince garlic, then add pine nuts. Add cheese and blend. Then add basil and while food processor is running gradually add oil through tube in steady stream until mixture is consistency of a thick mayo.
