THE DEEN BROTHERS BAKED HUSHPUPPIES

Ingredients

• 2/3 c yellow cornmeal
• 1/2 c all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 2 tbsp melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

in bowl mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.

In separate bowl lightly beat eggs, milk and melted butter.

Then add wet to dry ingredients.

Grease mini muffin tin and spoon in 1 tbsp in each tin and bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 10 minutes or until done.
