Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 6 to 8 scallions, chopped
  • 1/2 C celery, diced
  • 1/4 C almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 C sesame seeds
  • 2 packages Ramen Noodles
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 4 T sugar
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 1/2 C oil
  • 2 t Accent
  • 1 t pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together shredded cabbage, scallions, celery, almonds and sesame seeds. In separate bowl mix together the seasoning from the Ramon noodle packages, salt, sugar, vinegar, oil, accent and pepper. Toss cabbage mixture with dressing. Just prior to serving, crunch up the Ramen noodles and mix in.
