Ingredients

  • 4 dozen NASOYA Won Ton Wrappers
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tbs. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 of a 15 oz. can refried beans
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbs. ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Taco sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook ground beef, onion and green pepper. Drain. Stir in beans, cheese, ketchup, chili powder and cumin. Mix well. Spoon a generous amount of meat on a wrapper and fold like an envelope. Moisten point and seal. Fry a few at a time in hot oil (375 degrees) about 1 minute per side. Serve with taco sauce.
