Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 2/3 cups finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill weed
  • 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tea. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tea. pepper
  • 1 package (12 oz) seashell pasta, cooked
  • 4 packages (3 oz) each smoked salmon, cut into pieces

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, green onions, celery, dill weed, lemon juice, mustard, and pepper; stir until well blended.

Add pasta; stir until well coated. stir in salmon.

Cover and chill 2 hours to let flavors blend.
