Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp, deveined and shelled
  • 1 lb. proscuitto hame
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped portabella mushrooms
  • 16 oz. penne pasta
  • 3 lb. jar parmesan-garlic alfredo sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded or slices
  • Italian bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chicken, shrimp, proscuitto in large skillet. Add all vegetables. Bring pasta to boil and drain. Add all ingredients and stir. Pour mix into casserole dish 1/2 full sprinkle mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs. Add remaining mix and sprinkle mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
