Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken, cooked and diced
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp, deveined and shelled
- 1 lb. proscuitto hame
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped portabella mushrooms
- 16 oz. penne pasta
- 3 lb. jar parmesan-garlic alfredo sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded or slices
- Italian bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Brown chicken, shrimp, proscuitto in large skillet. Add all vegetables. Bring pasta to boil and drain. Add all ingredients and stir. Pour mix into casserole dish 1/2 full sprinkle mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs. Add remaining mix and sprinkle mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
