- 1/4 cup baby oil

Step 1
Mix in a 6 - 8 quart pot the first four ingredients
Pour this mixture into the water and baby oil
Mix this until all the lumps are out.
Stir over medium-high heat until a ball forms
Take out of pan and knead until there is an even texture. At this time the glitter can be kneaded in also.
