Ingredients
- 3 lb. fryer chicken, cut in pieces
- garlic salt
- pepper
- cinnamon
- 1 med. green pepper (seeded and chopped)
- 2 small onions (sliced)
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1 can (4oz.) sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1 can (16oz.) tomato wedges
- 3 tab. flour
- 3 tab. water
- Hot Spaghetti

Step 1
Rinse chicken and dry. Season with garlic salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Place green pepper, onions and celery in pot. Add seasoned chicken, pour mushrooms, sherry, tomatoes, stir well. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Remove chicken and debone, add meat back to sauce. Make a smooth paste of flour and water. Stir into pot to thicken. Serve on hot spaghetti.
