- 3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/3 cup Buitoni Basil Pesto (or Sun Dried Tomato Pesto)
- 1 Roma Tomato (Sliced)
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a large baking sheet by lining with aluminum foil.
Tenderize and season chicken as desired.
Put pesto in a small bowl. Add chicken breasts individually. Coat with pesto, then immediately roll in bread crumbs. Place breaded chicken on baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven. Top each chicken breast with 1-2 slices of tomato and cover with shredded cheese. Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes.
