Ingredients

  • 300 gms all purpose flour
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1/4 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 t. sugar
  • 3 t. oil (20 gms)
  • 3 heaped T yoghurt (60 gms)
  • water 105 ml
  • 3 t. milk (45 gms)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients ; dough will be soft.

Let dough rest for 1/2 hour and then make 5-6 portions and roll into a ball and rest again. Roll into naan shape.
