  • 2 lb beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 T wesson oil
  • 1 14 1/2 oz whole tomatoes
  • 4 oz mushrooms
  • 2 t paprika
  • 1 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 C sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef and onions in oil. Add all other ingredients except sour cream. Heat through and then add sour cream. Serve over wide egg noodles.
