  • 4 (100 g.) pieces fish (orange roughy, tailipa)
  • 1/2 c. vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 t. dried dill weed
  • ●Pre-heat oven to 400 F.
  • ●Mix and dressing and dill.
  • ●Arrange fillets in 1 layer in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  • ●Pour the dressing mixture over the fish and bake uncovered until the fish is opaque throughout and flakes easily with a fork (8-10 minutes).
