- 1 bag (12 oz) fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 orange slice
- 1 tsp freshly grated orange peel

Step 1
Combine cranberries, sugar water, orange slice and orange peel in medium-size saucepan.
Stir over high heat 3 minutes, until sugar melts and water starts to boil. Reduce heat; simmer until thickened, 30-35 minutes.
Discard orange. Pour into serving bowl; cool completely.
