Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 15oz. cans chili without beans
- 1 8oz. can tomato sauce
- 1- 2 1/4 oz. can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 can 4 oz. chopped green chilis
- 2 cups (8oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 32oz. package frozen tater tots

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in chili, tomato sauce, olives, and chilis. Transfer to 9x13" pan greased. Sprinkle with cheese and top with tater tots. Cover and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
for an alternative: transfer to two greased 8" square pans and freeze one of them. It can be frozen up to three months. Remove frozen casserole from freezer 30 minutes before baking (do not thaw). Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours or until heated through.
