Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 can (14.75 oz ) cream corn
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow corn meal
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Beat butter and sugar with electric mixer; beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Stir in corn and cheeses.
Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt; stir into butter mixture. Pour into a buttered 13 x 9 baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
