Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup light sour cream or plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon slt or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 cups cooked large elbow
- 1 1/2 cups finely diced celery
- 1 cup small diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup frozen green peas
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, and pepper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingreients. Add the mayonnaise mixture and gently stir until well mixed. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
