Preparation

Step 1

Grind all grains and beans into a flour consistency. (Will probably need to grind wheat and rye by themselves and combine the smaller quantities to grind together.) I have used a coffee grinder or a Magic Bullet to grind and they both worked well.

Combine yeast, warm water and honey, set aside for 5 minutes to let the yeast work.

Combine and mix together the dry ingredients; add olive oil, honey and yeast mixture. Add 1 more cup warm water. Mix well with hand mixer.

Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Set in a warm area and let rise until double in size.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. It's done when the sides start to brown and the top is cracking slightly.

Let cool completely then brush lightly with honey and sprinkle granola on top.
