Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 1/2 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 cup finely shredded red cabbage
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced into 1- to 2-inch strips
- 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced into 1- to 2-inch strips
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp horseradish
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 to 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 2 shakes Tabasco sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the cabbage, carrot, pepper and onion; reserve.
Stir together the sugar, mustard and celery seed until well blended. Add the remaining dressing ingredients and stir to combine.
Fold the vegetables into the dressing. The salad is ready to serve now, or it may be chilled before serving.
