Ingredients
- Fish coating:
- dip fillets in milk or slightly beaten egg, then toss with crumbs mixed with parsley and parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 till cooked(10 min). or fry in vegetable oil till done.
Preparation
Step 1
Casserole topping:
combine 1/2 c crumbs with 2 T melted butter. Sprinkle this on top of your favorite casserole dish.
Pie Crust:
Combine 1 c crumbs with 2 T sugar and /3 c melted butter. Press evenly over sides and bottom of 9" pie plate. Chill and fill
