Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups allpurpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add Eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine the flour, banking powder and salt; stir into creamed mixture just until moistened. Fold in cranberries and pecans.
Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake 30 minutes. or until a tooth pick comes out clean. Cool the muffins for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Serve warm
