- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup + 2 tab. maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dark rum
- 2-3 Tab fresh OJ
- 1/2 cup raisins

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put ham steak in shallow casserole dish.
Bring cider, 1/4 c. maple syrup, rum oj, and raisins to near boil in a small saucepan.
Cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
Remove raisins with a slotted spoon, put in a small bowl. Cover completely with hot liquid.
Pour remaining liquid over ham and bake for one hour.
Remove from oven.
Preheat broiler.
Put raisins and their liquid in Cuisinart, with casserole juice and 2T maple syrup. Process and pour over ham. Place under broiler until it sizzles and browns.
