- Chunk O'cheese Meatloaf
- 1/2 pound Pork ; ground
- 1 pound Beef ; ground
- 1 Onion ; medium chopped
- 1/4 cup Parsley ; minced
- 3/4 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 Eggs
- 1 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 pound Cheese ; sharp cheddar cubed

Step 1
Blend meat with chopped onion, parsley, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and milk until well blended.
Dice cheese into 1/2 inch cubes.
Blend cheese into meat mixture (by hand), making sure to distribute the cheese chunks evenly.
Pack into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1.25 hours.
Pour off liquid.
Cool slightly before cutting.
