2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
4 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice

Step 1

Blend flour, butter and confectioner's sugar thoroughly. Press evenly in a 9 x 13" pan. Bake 20 minutes. Beat the rest of the ingredients together. Pour over the crust and bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes more. Do not over bake!
