Ingredients
- First layer:
- 3/4 c butter
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/2 c chopped nuts
- Blend butter and flour well and add nuts. Spread in 9x13 pan bake 350* for 20 minutes. Cool and set aside.
- Second layer:
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 c whipped topping (use only 1 c from 12 oz pkg and reserve the rest)
- Mix well; spread over cooled first layer.
- Third layer:
- 2 (3 3/4 OZ) PKGS lemon flavored instant pudding mix
- 3 c milk
- chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Beat pudding with milk for 2 minutes or till thickened. Pour over second layer and top with remaining whipped topping. Garnish with nuts and refrigerate. May be made a day ahead.
Aldso good with chocolate or pistacho pudding.
