Watermelon Slush

Refreshing summer drink featuring juicy fresh watermelon.

I used seedless watermelon but you can use peaches (fabulous!), grapes, strawberries or even bananas! It’s super easy to blend it quickly into an icy slush, ready for the straw and sipping!

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped watermelon (seedless or seeds removed)
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 and 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar (optional)
- 1 Tbsp water (optional, necessary only if your blender is struggling to crush the ice)

Step 1
1.Place watermelon and ice cubes in a blender. Add lemon juice and blend until slushy.
2.Taste the slush. Add sugar if necessary.
3.If you are having trouble crushing the ice, add a tablespoon of water
