Ingredients
- Directions:
- 3 lbs. lean beef roast, visible fat removed
- 6-8 large cloves garlic
- 1 t. dry oregano
- 1 t. sea salt
- fresh ground pepper
- water
- 1/6 head cabbage or 1 sweet onion (optional)
- ●Place ingredients in a roaster and add water until 1- 1 1/2 inches deep and bake for 15 minutes at 350 F.
- ●(Optionally add potatoes and carrots for family if desired.) Add cabbage or onion if desired.
- ●Continue baking an additional 45 to 60 minutes depending on how done you like roast.
- ●Slice off 3 oz. roast for meal.
